“The Days Are Long, But the Years Are Short.”

I’ve written before about my adoration of Gretchen Rubin’s blog, The Happiness Project. Many of her posts prompt me to really stop and think, and to consider what I might be doing to either encourage or diminish my own happiness (and that of the people around me). I haven’t started my own happiness project yet — I have plenty of other projects going on right now — but it’s an interesting idea: taking a year to concentrate in specific ways to improve your happiness.

I didn’t post a quote over the weekend, but this serves as both a quote and a short, one-minute movie that helps me appreciate the smaller things in life every time I watch it. Enjoy!
